About Our Booking Services:

Planning an event or gearing up for a celebration has many moving parts to creating the perfect day. I want to help the process of planning all the details to be as seamless as possible. Booking your photographer should be a priority but it shouldn't be complicated!

Before you book:

1. Understand Your Needs and Preferences

  • Type of Photography: Know whether you need portrait, event, wedding, family, or corporate photography.
  • Style Preferences: Research and identify the photography style you prefer (e.g., candid, traditional, artistic).
  • Purpose: Clarify what the photos will be used for (personal, professional, social media, etc.).

2. Research Photographers

  • Portfolios: Review online portfolios to see if their style matches your vision.
  • Reviews and Testimonials: Check reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, or their website.
  • Experience: Ensure the photographer has experience with the type of photography you need.

3. Budget and Pricing

  • Budget: Determine your budget for the photography session or event.
  • Packages and Pricing: Understand their pricing structure and what is included in different packages (e.g., number of photos, hours of coverage, prints, digital files)
  • Don't forget, you get what you pay for!

4. Availability and Scheduling

  • Availability: Check if the photographer is available on your preferred date(s).
  • Booking Process: Understand the booking process, including any deposits required to secure the date.

5. Deliverables and Turnaround Time

  • Deliverables: Know what you will receive (digital files, prints, albums) and in what format.
  • Turnaround Time: Ask about the time it will take to receive the final photos.

6. Contract and Terms

  • Contract Details: Review the contract carefully for details on cancellation policies, usage rights, and payment terms.
  • Usage Rights: Understand how you can use the photos (personal use, commercial use, etc.).

7. Book Your Free Consultation

  • Consultation Preparation: Prepare a list of questions and discuss your vision and expectations.
  • You want to feel good about your choice of photographer!
